Your service offers a 30 day plan from first use: 12GB of data* Unlimited free incoming calls/texts from anywhere to your UK number 3000 outgoing minutes + 3000 outgoing texts to European numbers
To dial UK number while in the UK direct dial the phone number (no prefix necessary)
To dial another European number or to do dial to the UK while outside of the UK dial:

*Please note that additional data cannot be added within any given 30 day period. For additional data within any given 30 day period you would need a separate SIM card.
Your service does not offer:
Calls or texts to US numbers.
In order to call or text US numbers you would need to use an app such as Skype or WhatsApp.
The SIM card can be renewed for additional 30 day data bundles (including the European calls and texts) as long as your SIM is still active. SIM cards last for plus 60 days from the end of the last active 30 day period.
