National Geographic Domestic SIM Card

Please note that the National Geographic SIM Card can only be used in the United States. You can however make calls TO international destinations – just not FROM international destinations.

Activation:

Please visit www.natgeophone.com and click on “Activate Your Phone.” Your new phone number will be emailed to you.

How to dial:

To dial within the US: 1-area code-phone number

To dial internationally: 011-country code-phone number

Adding Talk Time:

Your SIM card comes with $10 of initial call credit. Calls within the United States are $0.15 per minute (please check www.natgeophone.com for international rates). Visit www.natgeophone.com to order additional talk time vouchers online.

Enter your voucher by dialing *111* Refill Number # Talk/Send. Your talk time will be credited automatically.

Checking your Balance:

Enter *777# Talk/Send

Voice Mail:

You must first activate your voicemail in order to retrieve voicemails. Dial your National Geographic cell phone number on your handset and follow the prompts. You may also customize your message

Once your voicemail is set up, you can retrieve your messages by dialing 1, followed by Talk/Send on your keypad.
