If you experience any technical difficulties with your phone or SIM card and you do not contact Cellular Abroad for technical support by phone or by email during your trip, we cannot offer any refund or compensation.

Activation

Insert your SIM card
Power on your phone
Wait for the welcome to the network text (in Thai)
Once you receive the text you can start making calls!

You are on a 30 day plan and must add more credit, before the 30 days is up, to continue using your service.

US to Your Thailand Cell: 011 - 66 - 9-digit number (drop the 0 in 9-digit number)

Please Note: There is no support for service when roaming outside of Thailand.

Purchasing More Talk Time

You can add credit locally by purchasing it in Thailand. Recharge vouchers are available at any counter service or 7-11 convenient store.

Rates

Rates are expressed in Thai baht and are based on per minute charges.

Domestic about 3 baht / min.
Europe 30 - 36 baht/min.
USA 10 baht/min

All incoming calls are always FREE, regardless of their origin

Service Life

The DTAC Prepaid SIM Card will expire after 30 days of your last recharge or activation. Adding talk time with a recharge adds 30 days of service from the date of the recharge.
