Your St. Lucia Cell phone Number:
Your St. Lucia cell phone number is the center number on the credit card sized plastic card containing you SIM. It begins with 178. You can also retrieve your phone number from handset, once you are in St. Lucia, by dialing 900 and selecting option 2.

Activating Your Service:

1. Insert the St. Lucian SIM card into the SIM card slot of your GSM cell phone.
2. " Be sure that battery is charged and that you can access the menu features. Do not try to make or receive calls until you are physically in St. Lucia
3. Upon your arrival, turn on your phone
4. Enter the 4 digit PIN code if required (default is "1111")
5. Your first call activates your prepaid account

Adding Call Credit:
The currency in St. Lucia is the East Caribbean Dollar (XCD). A $22 XCD (~ $8.25 USD) voucher is included with your SIM card. Additional call credit can be added by purchasing AT&T EZEE recharge cards. They are sold in St. Lucia at tobacco shops, magazine kiosks and any convenience store displaying the AT&T/EZEE logo. Even if you have zero credit - since incoming calls are always free - you will still be able to receive calls.

Once you have purchased a recharge card, simply follow these easy instructions:

• Simply scratch off the grey protective layer to reveal your voucher code
• Access the EZEE menu from the "Extras" tab on your phone menu
• Select the Recharge option
• Enter the voucher serial number
• Enter the code you revealed from under the scratch-off surface
• Upon successful entry of the code, you will receive an SMS confirmation
• Check your balance any time from under the "Extras" menu on your phone

If you have questions or problems about your service, EZEE customer service can be reached by dialing 611 from the cell phone, 24 hours a day. The emergency number (Fire, Police, Medical) in St. Lucia is 911.

Service Life:
Your SIM card and accompanying phone number are good 180 days from initial activation or last recharge of credit. If more than 180 days pass between your first use of the phone, or the last date money was added, your account will be closed and your phone number deactivated.
