Cellular Abroad Rental Agreement
for Talk Abroad, Italy, and the Bahamas

The price charged upon checkout is the SECURITY DEPOSIT for your rental. ($210 per phone).These rentals phones come with initial airtime: one voucher at the added price of $29 per phone. You may add more airtime to your order from our recharge page or purchase them while at your destination. This airtime is not refundable.

When we receive your rental return, We will refund the SECURITY DEPOSIT to your credit card minus the Rental Fee for the period you had the phone(see chart below). You will be given a prepaid label to ship us back the phone. Please note, late fees may be assessed if applicable. You must return the SIM cards with your rentals.

Rental periods will commence on the date of departure and end the date the cell phone rental is dropped off or picked up by FedEx for return to Cellular Abroad. FedEx tracking information will be used to ascertain drop-off and pick-up dates. We are sorry but rentals cannot be shipped to or from customers overseas.

In the event of technical difficulties Renter agrees to contact Cellular Abroad for technical support by phone or by email during the trip, failure to report issues does not allow Cellular Abroad the opportunity to fix said issues, and if not contacted we cannot offer any refund or compensation post trip.

The CANCELLATION FEE for rentals is $25.00 per phone. You may cancel the order before your order is shipped. Shipping costs are due at the time of reserve.

Renter will not be refunded sales tax incurred on the security deposit. This currently only applies to orders shipped to California, USA.
