International Orders

While we do have customers placing orders from many countries, we unfortunately cannot rent phones to international customers. Often, there are duties and taxes, delays and other problems which hinder or prevent successful and timely shipments. We can ship purchased items internationally We apologize for any inconvenience.

When ordering by Fax, please be sure to include:

• Your name as it appears on your credit card

• Expiration date

• Shipping preference (overnight, 3 day, 2 day or ground)

Ordering Online

Cellular Abroad is committed to providing a safe and secure online ordering environment. Your personal information is protected during transmission using Industry Standard 128-bit encryption. For security reasons, your personal information is never stored on a publicly accessible computer and all customer personal data will only be utilized by Cellular Abroad for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders.

All online orders are guaranteed same-day shipment if ordered before 2:30pm PST. After that time if you need a same-day shipment, you must call in to inquire. Over night shipments must be placed before before 1:30pm PST.

Will-Call Orders

Our offices are not a retail location, but if you are in the Los Angeles area and require same-day service, we can arrange to have your package available for will-call pickup at our shipping facility. (We are 10 minutes from LAX.)

When ordering online, simply indicate that you want to pick up in person with the selected shipping option. A $10 will-call pick-up service fee will be applied. If you are picking up a rental phone, an additional charge will be adjusted to $6 for a return-ship label. If ordering by phone, please indicate that you would like to pick up your package in person and let us know what time and day you'll be coming before arriving at our location. This way, your items will be processed and waiting for you when you arrive. Thank you for your cooperation.

Important note: It is required that you call the warehouse 1 hr prior to picking up your order and returning your package. Will-call orders must picked up and dropped off between 10AM-2PM. If a will-call order is not picked up on the day agreed upon at the time of order, and Cellular Abroad has not been notified of any cancellations or delays in your schedule, a 10% service charge will be adjusted on the refundable items that remain unclaimed after 5PM PST.
