How to Add Credit to your Prepaid EeZee Account:
As soon as you arrive in Kuwait, simply scratch off the protective panel on the back of the recharge card, follow the instructions on the card to enter the code number and your credit is applied.

You can purchase additional recharge codes (from our EeZee recharge cards) via phone whenever you need to add more call credits to your prepaid account. No need to ship you a card! Just call Cellular Abroad at +1-310-862-7100 and we can sell you as many recharge codes as you need. Our office hours are 8AM to 4PM PST, seven days a week. With your credit card on file and by correctly identifying yourself, we can process your order very quickly. With the extra code(s), you'll be able to add more minutes from anywhere in Kuwait
You have 7 days to recharge your account from the day of disconnection. During this period you can make emergency calls and contact the customer service 106-116, besides receiving calls from other parties. If you don't recharge during the 7 days you have another 21 days to recharge your account only without receiving or sending calls. After this period expires, your account will be deactivated from the system in case the line is not reactivated within 90 days period. In this last attempt, the company has the right to resell it.
