How to Add Credit to your Prepaid Digicel Account:
As soon as you arrive in Jamaica, simply scratch off the protective panel on the back of the recharge card, follow the instructions on the card to enter the code number and your credit is applied.

You can purchase additional recharge codes (from our Digicel recharge cards) via phone whenever you need to add more call credits to your prepaid account. No need to ship you a card! Just call Cellular Abroad at +1-310-862-7100 and we can sell you as many recharge codes as you need. Our office hours are 8AM to 4PM PST, seven days a week. With your credit card on file and by correctly identifying yourself, we can process your order very quickly. With the extra code(s), you'll be able to add more minutes from anywhere in Jamaica
Please remember that you have 60 days in which to top-up your digiFLEX account after initial activation of the card or 60 days after topping-up your SIM via a FLEXcard or Flex-e-card voucher. If you fail to do this, your account will be deactivated. You will be able to receive calls but will need to top-up in order to make an outgoing call. If your account remains dormant for an additional 60 days, your account will automatically be terminated. To continue using the Digicel service, you would have to purchase a new SIM card and a new number would be provisioned.
