To use the TIM 412 TrovaTutto service, simply call 4121 from your TIM mobile phone. An english-speaking Personal Assistant will answer and you can make one or more request for information.

Available information includes the telephone directories of Telecom Italia's fixed network subscribers (phone number, fax number and address), telephone directories of international subscribers (in the main European countries, the United States of America and Canada), as well as business operators included in the Seat Pronto Yellow Pages database including shops, restaurants, hotels , open pharmacies, etc.

The service is so easy you can ask to be connected directly to the number requested, therefore avoiding the need to make another phone call. At the end of each call, you will receive an SMS from the Concierge with the information you requested.
