+1 310 862-7100
Please be sure to read these instructions prior to departing for Israel.

If you experience any technical difficulties with your phone or SIM card and you do not contact Cellular Abroad for technical support by phone or by email during your trip, we cannot offer any refund or compensation.

Dialing information
Your phone needs to be an unlocked dual-band, tri-band or quad-band GSM phone capable of functioning on the 900/1800 MHz GSM band in order to accept the SIM card.

For friends and family to call from USA to you in Israel, the correct dialing sequence is 011-972-54-xxx-xxxx

To call the US from your Israeli cell phone dial *313 SEND, and then wait for the "Omnitelecom" hotline to prompt you for a phone number. You will then dial 1 and then the area code and phone number (ex. *313 SEND, wait for IVR, then dial 1-310-862-7100). You must have at least 9 shekels of airtime credit in order to initiate an international call.

To dial a number within Israel, dial the city code (Jerusalem 02, Tel Aviv 03 etc) and then phone number. (ex: 02-561-8318)

Important: Toll free 800 numbers based in the US can not always be called from overseas cell phones.

Please Note: There is no support for service when roaming outside of Israel.
