Additional airtime can be purchased at more than 550 Supermarkets and convenience stores in Belgium . Please take the following steps to add credit:

1. Ask the cashier for a 1 Mobile recharge card.
2. Dial 1988 to add your credit, or send a text message to 1988 including the code that the cashier gives you to add the credit (for instance “plus 1234567890”).

Checking your Credit:
There are 2 ways to check your call credit.

1. Send a text message to 1966 with the message “euro.” You will receive a text message back telling you how much credit is on your account.
2. Call 1966 and follow the instructions.

It's important to remember that all your incoming calls are free, so you can save a lot of money by having people call you back to your Belgium number when traveling. Also, since incoming calls are always free, you will always be able to receive calls, even if you've run out of call credit.

Service Life:
